European Standards for Material Test Reports and Certificates of Conformance

Q: My customer is asking for bolts with EN 10204 3.1 and 3.2. I have no idea what that means can you help me out?
QA: EN 10204 3.1 and 3.2, as well as 2.1 all are European standards for quality certificates. The number 3.1 identifies that they require a materials test report. Version 3.2 requires that the MTR (material test report) and test data be verified by a third party. Finally, EN 10204 2.1 states that they are looking for a Certificate of Conformance on the bolts.
